Use the reply from Ombudsman's office and do an inquiry via your local senators office. Also call up central customer service and open a service request. (Get the number and info of the call like the timings and officers name). Finally if you date is current and is not getting picked up for adjudication. File a WOM.

I am from the Philadelphia region. I should be able to apply for my I-140 in a week or so. Does anyone know approximately how long it would take me if I applied the NON-Premium way?

This depends on the service center treating your case. Mine took less than three months at Texas Service Center.

Hi,
We have applied for AP on Oct 1st and its still pending .
I have the following questions.
1) Can we enter using the AP thats gets approved when we are outside the US
2) How to expedite AP process other then business emergency as my wife is not working
3) can she enter using H4 even though she has used AP and EAD before. is there any problem to GC
4) I am going to India in Dec , assuming I get the AP by then is it ok for her to enter using h4 and myself AP.

I doubt we can threaten to get sanctions passed on Exceed .. i dont think we have the political clout for that. All we can do for now is plead, reason and educate senators of the unfair treatment we get from the broken immigration system. If our membership keeps growing to a point where we represent most of the affected legal immigrants at the mercy of USCIS (close to half a million), then its a different story, not to mention if we had the numbers and political clout of the illegals. Just my opinion.
You see to carry out negative publicity of Exceed corporation we donot need to represent the whole immigrant group...We are publicizing well known facts and create headache for Exceed...so that they speed the work up...The only incentive they can have at this point is possibility of more work...And that is where our points would really get across..We donot even have to go talk to any senators...The implicit danger of negative publicity for Exceed is our weapon..!!!!

My 5th year on H1 will be completed in end of June 2007. I got my labor certification(EB-3) and I-140 approved and didn't apply for I-485. As my I-140 is approved, I recently applied for 3 year extension. The following are the few things I want clarify with you gurus:
1) Can I change the employer after I get my 3 year extension on H1 ?
Yes
2) If I change the employer and If I transfer my H1, Will I get 3 years on my H1 based on 140 approval?
Yes
3) After switching to new employer, if I start the GC process all over again, can I keep my old priority date?
Yes
4) I heard Gc process should be filed before expiry of 5th yr on H1 b, if i change my employer can i file for GC process in 6th yr and get furthur extension ?
Once you have one labor file, which you already have, you can use that to get extension in your new company. I did the same. But since you already applied for 3 yr extension, you don't even need to worry about this thing. Simply transfer your H1 to new company and refile your labor and port the priority date.

My employer applied for LCA to extend my H1 and it was denied and they told me that prevailing wage determination with NPWHC is required to apply for LCA since jan 2010. Is this true?

I-140 approved in April 2009
Currently on 7th year of my H1-B which is valid till May 2013.
Now the question I have is, if I were to transfer my H1-B visa to some other company (non consulting fulltime role), will I get an additional 3 years extension, i.e., till Oct 2013 or will it be only till May 2013?
Greatly appreciate any thoughts here. Thanks!
