disagree with you in England iphone is sell by 5 companies
All of them selling the same model, just with different SIM cards. The hardware itself isn't any different.

Thank you so much for that interesting and insightful comment. You really added to the discussion.
I can help. You weren't sure if posting copyrighted information here is "allowed". It is illegal in most countries, certainly in the USA, where both MR and CR are located. So, no....not allowed, either.
And to explain cvaldes comment...If you are going to be posting information on the net, you maybe should look up and know a few laws about such things.

Push works AWESOME on Kerio Connect 7 to the iPhone, 6 worked great also. It uses an outlook connector for it's black magic. Email are generally pushed to and appear on my iPhone within a second of hitting the server.
Before SLS I used mail server software on linux. The general idea was that Apple promoted SLS as THE server to use with an iPhone, which apparently isn't completely true. I don't think I want to pay a yearly subscription for another mail server again.

I would say the app has some potential but needs a lot of work. No need to name all the issues since they are obviously already mentioned in the thread.
I encountered a lot of "WTF?"-style behavior quirks with Garmin myself. It does the job, but the deal-breaker for me is that the volume slider in settings sets both your device volume, and the speech volume. So you either deal with quiet music, or very loud instruction if you are using your phone to also play music.
It handles drop-outs of network fine, but requires you to be on the network to get a route planned, and you can't pre-plan a route. So if you are say, planning a camping trip, you will only get GPS direction one way if the camp site is out of cell service (like mine usually are).

Worst Apple ads ever. You attract more flies with sugar than vinegar, and Apple's all about the vinegar.
Actually... that's not true at all! I made a fruit fly trap last week with a small dish filled with balsamic vinegar and covered with saran wrap with little holes poked in it... I caught a whole SLEW of those buggers!!!

First off Kodak doesn't even have to use its patents necessarily to sue, but clearly they have over the years since they've been making digital cameras and printers for quite some time. If you want to check each an every Kodak product for patent numbers, knock yourself out! :D
If someone says they use the patents, the burden is on them to prove it, not on me to disprove it.
And if they DO use the patents but they do not mark the patent number on them, they can't sue for past damages. If they do NOT use the patents, it shows the patents are not worth much because they are easy to avoid, and hence reasonable royalty damages will be very low, if not $0.
Read the news much lately ?
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-03-25/kodak-wins-round-in-1-billion-patent-case-against-apple-rim.html
The ITC has decided to review that judge's ruling. It's still on.
Yes - all they've decided to do is REVIEW it. They've overturned nothing. And the overturn rates are very low.

Am I the only one that thinks all of this "No new iPhone until September" stuff is just a result of Apple's attempts to keep iP5 under wraps? After last year, I bet the security around iPhone 5 is intense...
I bet it comes out this June as it's supposed to. A5, double RAM, Double capacity, *fingers crossed* 4" screen, and a couple more features that no one thought of, but can't live without ;)

According to US law, a trademark holder MUST defend their trademarks, or they risk losing them. Google is struggling with this, as they're trying to encourage people not to use it as a generic verb.
Wikipedia Linky (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain#Trademark)
The question is, what trademark is Apple defending? Going after a podcasting company when all you have trademarked is the iPod may be trying to stretch your trademark a bit far.

My old Trek 930 mountain bike is one of the last Treks made in the US before they outsourced most of their production overseas. For a replacement I am looking into US-made bikes.
I have a Japanese car (made in Japan), my previous car was Japanese but made in the US.
I try to buy US-made when I can, and in particular I like to support local or regional products. But at the same time I don't feel guilty about buying foreign-made products. You don't have to be obsessive about "buying American" in order to make a help support domestic producers of goods.

im a bored college student, not immature kid. A little smartass humor does not hurt in my opinion. Unnecessary one word posts are annoying though.
Maybe I wasn't clear.. yes, that is exactly what I meant.. those who just type two words or less.
I am off today just to let you know.. I work for a large IT firm and I am on a small vacation as I forgot to use up my vacation which accrued from last year.

They already do. They take our tax money and use it to subsidize the oil companies. And they most certainly approve.
Ah, so the tax is used to subsidize the oil companies? That makes sense. No wonder the oil barons approve.

I agree that's a great idea. Apple once again on the forefront of thinking great things.
My concern comes when an inividual brings a x-rated(porn) content on their iPods and choose to see on the seat screens. That will cause a furor!

The White iPhones are new and the black iPhones they are comparing them to are older devices.
The iPhone 4 is just so awesome that it shrinks over time. It is the new planned obsolescence/green solution. In 100 years they with shrink down to nothing.
