US govt. must get all their money from HBSC and then strip them of their US citizenship and deport them. You can do everything in America except cheat more than allowed on taxes. Everyone enjoys a little wriggle space with taxes...the IRS knows that about each filer. Certain things however cannot and should not be done. Second, If your company employs fewer than 25 employees, and more than 7 of them are H-1B visa holders, then your employer is considered H-1B dependant and may have to meet certain requirements with regard to your salary (must be more than $60,000) or credentials (must hold advanced degree).
Third, if there is an RFE requesting contracts, etc. I would recommend getting a letter from the product company detailing the duration and nature of the relationship with your company and confirming its ongoing nature.

Birth certificate issued by Indian consulate is not accepted. It needs to be from original source. Submit as it is. If they ask later you can submit affidavit from Parents or nearest relatives.

Get a second opinion from another attorney. Pay a consult fee if you need to. I've had several experiences with attorneys giving me suspicious answers, answers that don't match up with what I've researched, and just plain wrong advice.
If your attorney continues to give you bad / wrong advice, don't be afraid to fire them and get a new one, even if you've paid your fees up front. Avoiding trouble with a bad attorney will be more than worth the price paid for getting a new attorney.

This is my first post so please bear with me. I have been silent in these forums for some time now. My intention in this post is not to offer any advice etc but its only intended of what I am feeling after the Feb visa bulletin and whether there are other people sharing the same feeling. I have been in this process since 2001. Got screwed by company once (after about two years) and had to change company so started all over again. Luckily new company was good. Though they dont pay for any GC expense lawyer was good and got PD 2004. Last year after seeing VBs had hopes of getting out of this soon. But now Feb VB bulletin has provideed really depressing news. At this stage its very depressing. I am thinking my "living the american dream" will be a dream only. With upcoming elections who knows what will happen. IV seems to be the only hope now.
Dispatched letters today to IV California and President.

Download trial version of Adobe Acrobat professional, type in the form and save the form. Reopen it and verify whether ur data is there or not.
Before u do that on actual form, save a copy of it and do it.

I guess original poster is asking about saving forms after filling it up. You can save the form but the data that you filled up will not be saved. If someone is actually able to save the form along with the data, I'll be interested too to know how.

First of all if you are the employee for whom the case has been filed, you should NOT be contacting the Dept. of Labor. The purpose of the DOL as stated in the regs is to notify the USCIS that there are no able, willing, or qualified US workers for the position, and that's why they are granting you the position. If you call, especially over and over as you have indicated, that's a big red flag. Leave it alone and let your attorney or employer contact them.
