Lost I20.
Went to school from 96 to 2000.
WOrking on H-1 since then.
Numerous trips outside. Last one in 2005 on an H-1 visa.

To be on safe side, I suggest you first get 3 yr. ext. and then change your job.
"After job change can I use old PD ? Can I apply EB2 perm after changing job ?"
Answer of first question, yes you can use your old PD only if your current employer (old if you change job) does not revoke it.
second answer, you can apply in perm-eb2 with new employer as you now have more exp. (old job).
But still check with another lawyer.

First, your international student adviser, should have notified you that your I-20 was about to expire. This is what USCIS requires them to do. Actually the SEVIS system automatically notifies IS advisers about I-20 expiring. Now, having said that, no, you cannot work. You need to apply for reinstatement and wait until it gets approved. Reinstatement into F-1 are very difficult as you need to show that you fell out of status because of circumstances beyond your control. You will probably need to argue that your adviser had failed to notify you and that you kept attending school and it was only a few days of out of status.

Start renewing your passport asap. Its not a good idea to send expired/to be soon expired passport to USCIS. We will never know what kind of questions they ask. So my advise is please renew the passport asap. It takes max 2 weeks (Indian passport not sure about other countries).

My son's name has been deleted from the derivative beneficiary's list, however, he can remain eligible under this F-4 petition if the Consular calculate his age with Patriot Act 45 days. In that case, he can benefit from CSPA. Our case details as below:
Priority Date: Oct. 16, 1996
Approval Date: Dec. 4, 1996
Days of Petition Pending: 49 days
Child's 21st Birthday: May 31, 2007

Are you saying client company will not pay for the expenses or it will not sponsor H1 visa? If the Client Company does not sponsor H1 visa, i do not think you an sponsor yourself.You can pay for your expenses if client company sponsors H1 visa.

Before you come to know your dates are current, you will have 4-5 months to get the approved notice or more then that , during that time add your spouse name.
Once it is 485 is approved, then you have to wait for a while until you get Green Card to add your wife.

maybe guiness book of world records should have an entry for the costliest plastic card I just hope and pray that future generations have better options at home and in different countries and links such as these point out the hard truth that everyone needs to have a plan B - and be mobile and ready to move. (i.e. not get stuck with immovable assets).

My brother is finishing his BDS in India this year. I am planning to bring him to US for the studies in USA. Could you please help me on what he needs to do to enter here and are there any hurdles. I am new to USA too so don't know much about the ways so trying to find out. All I heard is unlike engineering its difficult to come for medical studies to USA.

They are lazy fat bums who sit on their a$$ and fart all day from behind as well as from their mouth using hate speech. This has caused too much of harmful gases in atmostphere and have depleted ozone. Their extra weight has sunken many couches and added a lot of broken couches in junkyards. These disposed couches are adding extra weight on the earth and causing earth to sink 1 milimeter every year. A new study will soon be reported in the Onion news.
